Binswanger/Klatskin, the result of a recent merger of the two firms bearing those names, is based in Teterboro, NJ and has a regional office in Raritan Center, Edison, NJ. The company is also a member of Chesterton Blumenauer Binswanger, an international real estate company.
Comcast, founded in 1963, has grown from a single system cable operation into a worldwide company focused on broadband cable commerce and content. The company is said to be the country's third largest provider of cable services, and is currently expanding its operations to deliver cable-based digital services with Comcast@Home.
At its new Eatontown location, operations will include its regional advertising and sales departments. The site will also be used as the headquarters of Comcast Online, which is relocating from nearby Shrewsbury, NJ; and the Union administrative office will also be moving to the new facility.
