According the developers, the law firm of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati has leased 109,955 sf; Finnegan Henderson Farabow Garrett & Dunner LLP took 96,648 sf. Latham & Watkins signed for 27,348 sf.

Two Freedom Square is the sister building of the fully occupied 18-story, 414,000 sf One Freedom Square. Both buildings offer ground-floor retail space, a landscaped urban park, and structured parking.

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, headquartered in California's Silicon Valley, represents technology companies as well as the investment banks and venture capital firms that finance them. Boston Properties and Terrabrook are joint venture developers of many commercial buildings in Reston Town Center. The partners are also developing Discovery Square, located on the northwest corner of Sunset Hills Road and Reston Parkway. With Siebel Systems as its primary tenant, the Discovery Square development will offer two nine-story buildings with a total of 362,868 sf. Another Reston project, Reston Gateway, is also planned for the intersection of Sunset Hills Road and Town Center Parkway. Reston Gateway's two nine-story buildings with a total of 560,000 sf will be located directly across from the planned Dulles Rail terminal.
