According to managing partner Art Robinson, the project is now called Riverwood Park. Planned construction includes a total of 11 building sites of two to 15 acres, able to support facilities ranging from 20,000 to 100,000 sf. The existing building has also been prepped for occupancy. "We have received a variety of inquiries ranging from light industry to high-tech firms," according to Robinson.

Clancey Realty Group of Bernardsville, NJ has been retained to market the property, with senior vice president Peter Ackerman heading the effort. According to Ackerman, "we see the build-out geared to flex space for a mix of office, high-tech and other uses. There is a critical need for quality space."
