"The only changes we've made (in Durham) are to seal up some of the exterior, but over the next several months, we'll be renovating the bathrooms," Suzanne McIntosh, vice president of marketing for Millennium Hotels and Resorts, tells GlobeStcom. Millennium Hotels and Resorts is the North American arm of London-based Millennium and Capthorne Hotels.
The renovations include a major reservations linkup allowing consumers to book rooms at the worldwide chain through new toll-free reservation and information numbers.
Millennium Hotels and Resorts acquired the 12 Regal Hotels in 1999.The parent company has 120 properties in 13 countries, including 20 US holdings.
