Ash Grove Cement Buys 10 Acres for HQ

OVERLAND PARK, KS-The company's new headquarters in the 11000 block of Cody Drive will be about 84,000 sf. Ash Grove Cement Co. will move there in 2004, when its lease at 8900 Indian Creek Pkwy. expires.

The company is currently headquartered in Corporate Woods at 8900 Indian Creek Pkwy., where it has been located for nearly 20 years. The move will take place in 2004 when the current lease expires. Ash Grove purchased the 10-acre site for the new building from FIG Holding Co., an affiliate of Farmers Insurance Group.
