The property is located off Route 138 at Route 128, 15 miles south of Boston. The area has recently seen a number of office buildings developed here with Reebok, Boston Equiserve, Boston Mutual Life, Meditech and Instron nearby. This new building, which is sub-dividable, will have three floors at 58,300 sf each floor and will provide a parking ratio of four spaces per 1,000 sf of space and an on-site cafeteria.
Conroy has retained Cushman & Wakefield as exclusive leasing agent for the building with agents J.P. Plunkett, Thomas Powers, Mark Roth and Jay Driscoll as part of the project team. J. Calnan & Associates is the construction manager and Cubellis Associates is the architect.
