Carmel Valley Land Sells For Nearly $2.5 Mil

SAN DIEGO-A Lebanese group from Los Angeles has sold some vacant land at the southwest corner of Carmel Creek and Shaw Ridge roads in the Carmel Valley area.

Sea Breeze Carmel View LLC bought the property from The Eparchy of Our Lady of Lebanon of Los Angeles. Peter Scepanovic of ColliersInternational represented the seller.

Sea Breeze Carmel View purchased the property for future development. The land is adjacent to the new San Diego Jewish Academy.
