Rutland 6 is located at 10315 Metropolitan Drive. Trammell Crow has represented both parties in the transaction and takes the structure to full lease-up.
Rutland 6 is the Mattress Firm's sole warehouse in the Austin market, where it has six retail locations. The company operates more than 100 stores in 23 states.
