Banks, a University of Florida graduate, takes charge of coordinating and negotiating all construction and permanent financing on properties that Stiles Corp. identifies for development and acquisition.
Besides developing and maintaining lender relationships. Banks will manage the company's investment-sale process, which includes the identification of potential buyers, working with investment sales brokers, negotiating sales terms and overseeing various legal and financial issues.
The appointment puts Banks in a key position at a company that manages more than 20 million sf of office, industrial and retail space throughout the United States and operates regional offices in Tampa and Fort Myers, FL; Atlanta; Nashville, TN; and Charlotte.
