147,000-SF ProLogis Spec Building Gets Tenant

BLOOMINGDALE, IL-Folio Group, Inc. explores other northern DuPage County locations before settling on 280 Madsen Dr. in this western suburb. The building was developed by ProLogis.

The building was developed by ProLogis as a speculative project, and work was able to be completed to meet Folio Group's specification. Work was completed in time for Folio Group to move into the new facility in time for the peak trade show season.

Grubb & Ellis senior vice presidents Ken Franzese and Britt Casey along with senior associate John Cassidy represented Folio Group.
