147,000-SF ProLogis Spec Building Gets Tenant

BLOOMINGDALE, IL-Folio Group, Inc. explored other northern DuPage County locations before before settling on 280 Madsen Dr. in this western suburb. The manufacturer and distributor of portable and permanent exhibit display materials relocates from west suburban Addison, where it had 44,000 sf.

The building was developed by ProLogis as a speculative project, and work was able to be completed to meet Folio Group’s specification. Work was completed in time for Folio Group to move into the new facility in time for the peak trade show season.
