Located and only a block from the Berkeley Repertory Theater, the properties are undergoing a renovation by Gordon Real Estate Services. Gordon has signed on Boston-based ArsDigita for 8,000 sf on the second floor of the historic building. Locally based Jazz School has rented another 5,000 sf in the basement. Both leases run five years with options.
Finally, The Aurora Theater is taking more than 11,000 sf improved especially for the company. A total of 13,500 sf of ground-floor retail space is available within the two buildings for $2.25/sf.
