Arts District a Draw in Downtown

BERKELEY, CA-Several spaces in a two-building downtown complex at the corner of Addison Street and Shattuck Avenue are going to tenants that would both benefit from and contribute to the arts venues within the city’s official Downtown Arts District.

Located and only a block from the Berkeley Repertory Theater, the properties are undergoing a renovation by Gordon Real Estate Services. Gordon has signed on Boston-based ArsDigita for 8,000 sf on the second floor of the historic building. Locally based Jazz School has rented another 5,000 sf in the basement. Both leases run five years with options.
