The project is planned for a three-acre site on Warner Milne Road adjacent Portland General Electric's line crew center. Three old houses and trees are being removed from the site to make way for the development.
The property is owned by Bill and Betty Savage of Aurora, OR. The office building will be owned by the partnership of Savage-Blazer LLC. Mahlum Architects of Portland is designing the project. It will include off street parking.
Blazer Development builds mostly high-end residential product under the name Blazer Homes. Its only office development to date is a 15,000-sf building completed last year in Lake Oswego.
