Blazer Development Planning Suburban Office

OREGON CITY, OR-Blazer Development plans to build a three-story, 60,000-sf Class A office building here that will cater to smaller tenants. Blazer, currently trying to prelease the building without a broker, hopes to gain the necessary approvals in order to break ground this year and complete the project in a little more than a year.

The project is planned for a three-acre site on Warner Milne Road adjacent Portland General Electric’s line crew center. Three old houses and trees are being removed from the site to make way for the development.
