AUBURN HILLS, MI-Two Class A office buildings provide opportunities near Oakland University campus here. Grubb & Ellis of Southfield is marketing 126,000 sf of vacant space in Cambridge Court Phases I and II.

AUBURN HILLS, MI-Grubb & Ellis of Southfield has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for the Class A office Cambridge Court Phases I and II here. Cambridge Court Phase I, at 2601 University Drive, is a 110,000-sf building with 24,000 sf vacant. Completed in 2000, 2701 University Drive is Phase II, a 175,000-sf building with 102,000 sf of vacant space.

Located at I-75 and University, the complex is developed by University Development Co., a Stuart Frankel family company. Phase I houses Champion Enterprises as a major tenant, while Phase II has Plante and Moran.
