The locally based workers' compensation-services company paid $169.35 per sf for its three-story, class A corporate headquarters structure. The building was erected on an 18-month, fast-track schedule.

Codina Realty Services, an affiliate of the Codina Group, co-brokered the sale with Atlanta-based Advantis Commercial Real Estate Services, a St. Joe Co. holding, on behalf of St. Joe Commercial.

Designed with a 20,000-sf computer center, the NCCI building earned recognition in January as the best Build-to-Suit of the Year by the South Florida chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
