The company is planning to move into the new location in 30 days, Bart Matheney, Insignia's leasing director, tells GlobeSt.com. The structure at 7000 W. William Cannon is part of an Austin-based Stratus Properties Inc.'s master-planned 690,000-sf multi-use development in southwest Austin. Silicon Labs is the lead tenant in the completed buildings, occupying 65,000 sf in two buildings. Austin-based Zapalac Reed is the project's general contractor and Susman Tisdale Gayle, also of Austin, is the architect.

Terradyne, a high-tech electronics company, will maintain its Monterrey Oaks office space, says Matheney. He has represented Stratus in the long-term lease while Diane Cowling of Quick & Co. in Austin has acted on the tenant's behalf. The full lease-up comes at a time when Stratus is plotting an addition to the project, located south of Southwest Parkway.
