58,000-SF Phase II of Outlets Open in June

ALBERTVILLE, MN-JMJ Properties says the 58,000-sf second phase of Outlets at Albertville, west of the northwest Twin Cities suburb of Maple Grove, will open in June. The 10 stores scheduled to open in this phase are Banana Republic Outlet, Old Navy Outlet, Etienne Aigner, Bath & Body Works Outlet, Bombay Company Outlet, MotherWorks Maternity Outlet, Perry Ellis, Izod, Pac-Sun Outlet (Pacific Sunwear) and WestPoint StevensFactory Store.

SAS Shoes opened March 1 in Phase I of the outlet center. Three more new stores are expected to be announced later. The expansion will bring the center’s size to 306,000 sf, making it the largest outlet center in Minnesota, according to the Muskegon, MI-based real estate company.
