ALBERTVILLE, MN-Banana Republic, Etienne Aigner, Perry Ellis, Bath & Body Works Outlet and Old Navy are among the new stores to open in what will be the largest outlet center in Minnesota at 306,000 sf.
SAS Shoes opened March 1 in Phase I of the outlet center. Three more new stores are expected to be announced later. The expansion will bring the center's size to 306,000 sf, making it the largest outlet center in Minnesota, according to the Muskegon, MI-based real estate company.
