San Mateo, CA-based software company E.Piphany is leasing 21,201 sf in The JBC Acquisition Fund/Lend Lease's 826,362-sf 333 W. Wacker Dr., where the firm will consolidate three offices into one headquarters. Kevin Duckler, Chris Peterson, Mark Powell and Joe Zona represented E.Piphany. The John Buck Co.'s Eric Meyers represented JBC Acquisition Fund/Lend Lease.

Also in the West Loop, Real Estate Analysis Corp. is taking 8,205 sf at the 150,000-sf 211 W. Wacker Dr. The firm relocates from 180 N. LaSalle St. Raus represented Real Estate Analysis and Christian Domin of Insignia ESG represented the building owner.

Meanwhile, Argonaut Insurance Co. renewed its lease on 20,300 sf at 625,901-sf 8750 W. Bryn Mawr Ave. Raus and Sullivan of Equis represented Argonaut while Bill Rolander of The John Buck Co. represented the building owner.

James E. VanElla & Associates has renewed its lease on 7,350 sf at 600,000-sf 8420 W. Bryn Mawr Ave. Senior vice president Todd Mintz and Sullivan represented VanElla & Associates while Rob Graham of Insignia ESG represented the building's owner.
