80,000 SF Leased in Downtown, O'Hare Markets

CHICAGO-Five deals in the Chicago market, three Downtown and two in the O’Hare submarket, have been closed by Equis Corp. leasing brokers. The five leases account for more than 80,000 sf of office space.

At 1.07-million-sf Class A 30 S. Wacker Dr., Computer America Training Centers is subleasing 27,347 sf. The Schaumburg, IL-based company will use the space for a customer training center. Senior Vice President Gregg Raus and associate Spencer Sullivan represented Computer America Training Centers.

San Mateo, CA-based software company E.Piphany is leasing 21,201 sf in The JBC Acquisition Fund/Lend Lease’s 826,362-sf 333 W. Wacker Dr., where the firm will consolidate three offices into one headquarters. Kevin Duckler, Chris Peterson, Mark Powell and Joe Zona represented E.Piphany. The John Buck Co.’s Eric Meyers represented JBC Acquisition Fund/Lend Lease.
