Shin Maywa America, Ltd. extended its lease on 6,900 sf used for offices and a showroom. Ross represented the tenant and building ownership. Medical supplies distributor Med Tec Medical also renewed it lease on 4,445 sf. Ross also represented both parties. Handtmann, Inc. is leasing 2,000 sf for company expansion. Mark Baumhart, CCIM, also of Arthur J. Rogers & Co., represented Handtmann.
Meanwhile, Arthur J. Rogers & Co. completed two other lease deals in the northwest suburban market. Wine distributor 1989 Wine Partners signed a lease at Oxford Corporate Center, 2121 Oxford Rd. in Des Plaines. Richard Prosser, MCRS, of Arthur J. Rogers & Co. represented ownership and Jeff Gilbert of Wagener Equities represented 1989 Wine Partners. Also, roofing contractor Roof Rex relocates from far northwest suburban McHenry to a 2,450-sf building at 535 Telser in Lake Zurich. Ross represented both parties.
