Firm Handles 5 Leases in Northwest Suburbs

BUFFALO GROVE, IL-Two renewals and one new lease have been signed at Rogers Centre for Commerce in this northern suburb of Chicago. Norman Ross of Arthur J. Rogers & Co. was involved in all three deals at the upscale corporate park at 1601 Barclay Blvd.

Shin Maywa America, Ltd. extended its lease on 6,900 sf used for offices and a showroom. Ross represented the tenant and building ownership. Medical supplies distributor Med Tec Medical also renewed it lease on 4,445 sf. Ross also represented both parties. Handtmann, Inc. is leasing 2,000 sf for company expansion. Mark Baumhart, CCIM, also of Arthur J. Rogers & Co., represented Handtmann.
