Hastings Brokers Deals in New Canaan and Westport

WESTPORT, CT-62-64 Main Street in Downtown New Canaan has been sold by Schettino Properties for $3.1 million. The property houses four restaurants and four office tenants.

In Westport, Fugitt reports that the law firm of Hermenze and Marcantonio is relocating from within Westport to 2,720 sf of space at 19 Ludlow Rd. Fugitt, the exclusive leasing agent for the property, represented the building owner Old Hill Offices, LLC. Steve Crowley of SCA Commercial negotiated for Hermenze and Marcantonio. No financial details or lease terms were released.

With this latest deal, Fugitt notes that the building has just one 2,771-sf office suite available for lease.
