Bowlin Officially Senior Managing Director

HOUSTON-Wade Bowlin of Kennedy-Wilson International has the title to go with his role since December 1999 when senior managing director Dennis Greer had retired from leading the Houston office.

At the Houston offices of Kennedy-Wilson, Bowlin is charged with overseeing brokerage operations. He will direct the leasing and marketing strategies for office, industrial, retail and medical properties in the region. Bowlin previously had headed up project leasing for the firm’s estimated 7.5-million sf Houston portfolio.

Bowlin tells GlobeSt.com that he joined Fults Realty Corp. in 1993. Fults had been acquired by Kennedy-Wilson in October 1998. While at Kennedy-Wilson, Bowlin has been responsible for more than 40 million sf of production, closing more than $200 million in lease transactions for property owners.
