Colorado Firm Wraps Up Headquarters Move

LAS COLINAS, TX-A Boulder, CO company has relocated its headquarters lock, stock and barrel to Las Colinas.

Timera Inc., which has just completed the relocation, is leasing an 18,000-sf office structure in the two-building Walnut Hill Court. Thirty employees have moved from Boulder, but 40 already have been added from the Texas labor pool, Sherri Chitwood, Transwestern Commercial Services’ senior associate in Dallas, tells GlobeSt.com. By year’s end, she expects upward of 30 more will be brought on board by the high-tech company. “They are going to create technology jobs in Las Colinas. While everyone else is down, they’re growing by leaps and bounds fairly quickly,” she says.

The best part of the relocation is that she has been able to bring the company here “on time and under budget,” she says. Timera is occupying all of 1340 Walnut Hill in a five-year lease.
