Cousins Stone Lands 6565 MacArthur Contract

IRVING, TX-Cousins Stone is the new gatekeeper for 6565 MacArthur at Sierra, a premier property in Las Colinas. Insignia/ESG Inc., the building developer for Northwestern Mutual’s holding, had held the lucrative leasing and property management assignment.

At the top of the list will be finding a tenant or tenants to fill 104,000 sf of premier office space that is now largely vacant as a result of Nokia’s move to its new nearby location, Kevin, McGlaun, Cousins Stone’s vice president of business development, tells GlobeSt.com. In all, there is 109,000 sf available, but the Nokia space encompasses four floors in the 10-story, 256,000-sf, class-A structure. With Nokia’s exit, Ryan Partnership is now the building’s lead tenant.

The three-year-old building is located in the 72-acre Sierra Office Park at the intersection of Texas 161 and MacArthur Boulevard. The space, says McGlaun, “is ready to go.” It is commanding an average asking price of $24 to $24.50 per sf.
