Jubeen Vaghefi Heads Apartment Group's Tampa Office

ORLANDO-The former Trammell Crow Co. and Pizzuti Realty Inc. professional has sold $600 million worth of product for institutional investors in his career to date.

Vaghefi was a top broker with Pizzuti Realty Inc.'s Orlando division in the early 1990s and moved to Crow in 1997. He joined Cushman & Wakefield of Florida Inc. in April 2000 as senior director of the financial services group. Cushman owns the Apartment Group.

Vaghefi has sold $600 million worth of product for institutional investors in his career to date. He is a University of North Florida graduate with a degree in real estate and finance.
