Jubeen Vaghefi Heads Apartment Group's Tampa Office

ORLANDO-The former Trammell Crow Co. and Pizzuti Realty Inc. professional has sold $600 million worth of product for institutional investors in his career to date.

ORLANDO-Jubeen Vaghefi, a former senior vice president at Trammell Crow Co., is the new managing director in locally based Apartment Group’s Tampa, FL office where he has worked for the past year.

Vaghefi was a top broker with Pizzuti Realty Inc.’s Orlando division in the early 1990s and moved to Crow in 1997. He joined Cushman & Wakefield of Florida Inc. in April 2000 as senior director of the financial services group. Cushman owns the Apartment Group.
