New Manager for Continental Executive Parke

VERNON HILLS, IL-Trammell Crow Co., in the person of senior property manager Diane Portincaso, is now in charge of managing the 350-acre Continental Executive Parke in this northern suburb of Chicago.

The Continental Executive Parke assignment includes operation of the common areas, contract bidding, capital forecasting as well as goal and strategy planning. In addition to office and light industrial properties, the business park is located near hotels and retail centers on its perimeter.

Trammell Crow's Chicago-area property management division now handles more than 20 million sf in 110 properties.
