Working Solutions, moving from 8,000 sf of class-B space in the Capital Plaza building on Barber Boulevard, is expanding as a result of several new Fortune 500 accounts. The specifics of the lease deal were not immediately available, but Opus is marketing space in the building for $23.50/sf.

With completion slated for the third quarter, the first and third floors in Southwest Center remain available, says Grubb & Ellis' Brandon Frank, who with Dave Squire represented UnitedHealthcare in the lease negotiations. Grubb & Ellis' Cliff Finnell, Steve Marcy and Mike Thomas represented Opus Northwest.

Opus' other new office project, a 120,000-sf building at Cornell West, also has two floors still available at a lease rate of $23.50/sf. Four companies have leased space in the first floor of the recently delivered building. Adams & Assoc. has taken 3,300 sf, Lectrix has taken 10,300 sf, Country Companies has taken another 7,000 sf and CDI Body Imaging is occupying 9,000 sf.

UnitedHealthcare is a business unit of UnitedHealth Group Inc., a publicly traded company headquartered in Minnetonka, MN. Stock in UnitedHealth Group trades on the New York Stock Exchange. At the close of markets Thursday, the company's stock price stood at $60.40, off 28 cents from Wednesday's close.
