The four-year lease is valued at more than $1.7 million. Located at 4142-4146 Lankershim Blvd., the facility is part of a three-building entertainment complex owned by the North Hollywood-based Innovent Group.
The tenant, Film Garden Entertainment, is relocating from Studio City. The company will be moving employees from three separate offices into the new office in North Hollywood.
"It's too hard in production when you're split up, so we decided to consolidate into one location," says Toni Gray, a spokesperson for Film Garden. A total of 125 employees will be moving to the new headquarters.
Stacy Vierheilig-Fraser of Charles Dunn Co.'s Sherman Oaks office represented both the tenant and the landlord.
