According to the terms of the five-year lease, the tenant will take 47,100 sf of office and flex space at the mixed-use project. Pallotta is relocating from its 36,000-sf space at 1525 Crossroads of the World in Hollywood.
The complex is located in the former Taylor railroad yards, just south of Glendale. It stands at 2709 Media Center Dr. With 395,000 sf in its first phase, the development will encompass a total of 700,000 sf of office and R&D space at build out. Other tenants in the complex include Arum Technology, Broadwing Communications and Altrio Communications.
Don Brandt, of Canon Business Properties, represented the tenant. David Harding and Peter Poulson of CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Glendale office represented the developer, Legacy Partners Commercial.
