The high-tech firm is a pre-IPO company that had its start at Hewlett-Packard Laboratories in Palo Alto, Ca. Now headquartered in Mountain View, CA, Digital Archway is developing a line of next-generation products for the Internet.
The Austin development center has taken space previously held by Funds Express, Jay Lamy of the Staubach Co.'s Austin office tells GlobeSt.com. He says Funds Express still holds space in the 65,000-sf Synergy Plaza, but its downsizing had freed up the space for the new tenant. Digital, a Sevin Rosen hot property company, has another development center in Ft. Collins, CO.
Meanwhile, Lamy is marketing a 5,000-sf building along Interstate 35 on behalf of the Special Olympics chapter. The organization has put its structure on the market because it has outgrown the location between Braker and Yager, says Lamy.
