The 15,597-sf building was sold by SCI Illinois Services Inc., a Houston-based operator of funeral homes and cemeteries. Blake-Lamb Funeral Home is relocating at 12 W. Maple St., across the street from the site, until a new funeral home is built in two years.
Average sales prices for Near North condominiums have averaged about $400,000 to $500,000.
