SAN DIEGO-On the heels of a major acquisition, the largest West Coast shopping center REIT has announced it will release its first-quarter results on May 10.
Pan Pacific, the REIT holder of neighborhood shopping centers on the West Coast, late last year completed its acquisition of Emeryville-based Western Properties Trust.
The acquisition gave the Vista-based REIT a portfolio of 111 properties, totaling more than 15 million sf.
