The 248,014-sf building at 3900 Rock Creek, completed in 2000, is leased to Mack Truck, Inc. at $3.33 psf, which TIAA believes is currently below market The mutual fund also owns a building on 13 acres at 3801 Rock Creek, as well as a building in nearby Bolingbrook it bought for $16.5 million in 1998.
