CenterPoint Business Center – McCook eventually will have 1.7 million sf of light manufacturing and distribution space. The first three buildings, which total 659,000 sf, are 100% occupied.
With Quebecor World taking 153,000 sf, CenterPoint is looking for tenants to take the remaining space, from 100,000 sf increments to the entire 300,000 sf.

"Our tenants at CenterPoint Business Center- McCook benefit from Cook County class 6b tax designation, convenient access to metro Chicago's vast distribution network and the area's deep labor pool."
CenterPoint is the largest industrial property company in the Chicago market.
