The firm's latest technology automates and manages the process of originating, packaging, underwriting, closing and delivering commercial mortgage loans.

Aurora includes four integrated modules: web origination, packaging, underwriting/closing and delivery. All modules are activated via a personalized a portal that provides the customer and designated third parties secure access to the customer's pipeline data and links to each licensed module.

All data throughout the process is entered only once, attached to a permanent loan record and stored in a common data warehouse for re-use, data mining and reporting.

The system can be customized so that real estate professionals can choose only the components they find useful, according to the company's prepared statement.
