Sims Rejoins United Properties As VP

BLOOMINGTON, MN-After a brief stint at Ryan Cos., Mark Sims rejoins his old firm as vice president in the company industrial brokerage group. He worked on business parks in Brooklyn Park, MN and Shakopee, MN.

After joining Ryan, Sims has worked on such key projects as 610 Business Center, a 50-acre business park in Brooklyn Park, MN, and a 300-acre business park in Shakopee, MN. Sims joined United Properties in 1993 as part of the industrial brokerage group. Sims was president of the Organization of Commercial Realtors in 1999.
