Apartment Complex Brings $3.8 Mil

POWAY, CA-The most recent in a surge of apartment sales across the county, the Villa Verde Apartment Complex at 13326 Community Rd. has sold for $3.98 million.

The 57-unit apartment community was built in 1973 and features 36 one-bedroom, one-bath units, 19 two-bedroom, one-bath units, and two two-bedroom, two-bath units. The complex features a pool and recreation room.

Eric Comer of CB Richard Ellis' San Diego Central office represented the seller, Afterburner Ltd., a limited partnership set up by Sun and Sea Properties with William Rennie as General Partner. Chuck Zettle ofWestern Investments represented the buyer, Emma Baires.
