He is a North Florida University graduate and has been a real estate professional since 1982.
Johnston's appointment follows the Apartment Group's closing of a $10.55 million sale in Orange Park, near Jacksonville. New York-based Renaissance National Housing paid Harbor Group Capital Corp. of Norfolk, VA $37,147 per unit or $39.26 per sf for the 284-unit, 27-year-old River Run Apartments.
