A 77,100-sf single-story office building on 10.5 acres in Rockford sold for $10.5 million while a 61,400-sf single-story office building on 10 acres in Jacksonville sold for $5.6 million. Both properties were built to suit for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, which has a 10-year net lease on the properties.
The two buildings were marketed and sold by The Boulder Group, a real estate firm based in this north suburb that focuses on 1031 exchanges and net-leased income properties.
