Litigations Systems Inc. is taking the largest office spot, 13,448 sf, at 405 NW Loop 820 in White Settlement. The firm has taken sublease space available from Bank of America as a result of its merger with Nations Bank, William Behr, Trammell Crow vice president, tells GlobeSt.com. The office spot had served as a Nations Bank credit call center. Havener Cos. of Ft. Worth is the owner of the Northwest Office Park. Behr has represented the tenant in the three-year deal, with Will Martin and Pat McDowell of Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell acting for the building owner.

The Teleport Communications Group Inc. has moved into a 5,400-sf location in Ft. Worth's CBD at 515 Houston and 5,590 sf at Commerce Center 14, located at 2301 Eagle Parkway in Alliance. The switching operation is sharing a 57,896-sf building in Alliance with ATC Logistics, says a Hillwood contact.

Teleport, an AT&T spinoff, has inked 10-year leases for both locations, says Behr. The 515 Houston St. space is in the 100,000-sf former STS Tower, which has been converted into a carrier hotel. Fossil Creek Land Partners Inc. own the property. Behr and CB Richard Ellis Inc. broker Peter Danna have represented Teleport. Hillwood Development's Steve Aldrich has acted on Alliance's behalf for that transaction.

A John Robert Powers modeling office will open in 7,602 sf at Ridglea Center. The Hit Your Mark business has set a May 1 move-in. Behr has represented the tenant in the five-year lease while Ken Thurmond of RM Crowe has acted for property owner, Ridglea Center LP.

Behr also has sealed American Title Co. to an 8,998-sf pact that takes sublease space into direct space in the headquarters building of the Bombay Co. Inc. at 550 Bailey Ave. in Ft. Worth. McDowell has acted on the tenant's behalf and Behr, the building owner.

The State Bar of Texas, a displaced tenant from the 2000 tornado, has signed for 6,296 sf at 6100 SW Blvd. in Fort Worth. The six-year pact includes an expansion of its subleased site from M&L Fort Worth Partners. Behr has been the sole rep on that deal.

Pet Nutrition has renewed a 5,605-sf lease at 616 Six Flags Dr. in Arlington in an office building owned by Uccello Immobilien GmbH. Behr has acted for the tenant while Thurmond has acted on the owner's behalf.

In another renewal, United Railway Federal Credit Union is staying put in 1,190 sf at 777 Main St. in Ft. Worth. Behr again has represented the tenant and Crescent Real Estate's Whit Kelly has negotiated the lease for the building owner, Crescent Real Estate Funding I LP.

Spherion Inc. has renewed its 1,317-sf spot at 2501 Parkview Dr. in Ft. Worth. Behr has acted for the tenant and Linda Votaw of Woodcrest Management has represented the building owner, Woodcrest Plaza 2001 LP. All renewals are carrying terms of three to five years, says Behr.
