Spaulding & Slye Colliers is constructing the center with company vice president Al Woods as the project executive, Donal Dignan as the construction manager and Paul Morelli as the superintendent. The project, which involves complete interior demolition, includes 20,000 sf of office space on one floor. In addition, an enhanced infrastructure with fully redundant fiber-optic service is being built that can support 85 users. A new conference room and client-meeting facilities are also planned.
