ABC Plumbing is taking 33,000 sf of the 200,000-sf third phase. Construction will wrap up this summer on the build-out of the 40-acre project. Miramar has been working on the development for about four years. It is positioned east of the intersection of Jupiter Road and 10th Street in one of Dallas' fast-growing suburbs.
The Plano-based tenant employs about 100 people. Founded in 1996, ABC Plumbing installs and services systems for commercial and residential use. ABC's customers primarily are located in Dallas, Collin and East Denton counties.
Miramar has used in-house broker Randy Wood for the transaction. Jeff White of Marc V Commercial has represented the tenant.
Miramar owner John Bunten also is undertaking a sister project in Plano. That 34-acre development will bring another 650,000 sf of warehouse space to Plano and signal the end of Bunten's work in that community for now. In recent weeks, Bunten has broken ground on a 405,000-sf warehouse project in Arlington.
