In Cuisine, an "Asian-American" fusion cuisine that has been popular in New York and California, will open in Milton Mall, where a Leeann Chin restaurant recently closed. Lagos Hill, a home décor and gift store; and Ten Thousand Villages, a crafts and gift store, will open in Victoria Crossing West.
St. Paul-based Exeter is building a $9-million retail and parking complex on the southwest corner of Victoria and Grand avenues.
