Mansoor Alyeshmerni of Los Angeles, Ca purchased the Fry's Vineyard Shops, a 17,451-sf property, just west of the northwest corner of Baseline Road and Arizona Avenue in Mesa. The sale price equates to more than $189 per sf.
The property is near the border of the fast-growing suburbs of Gilbert and Chandler, which continue to be two of the most rapidly growing cities in the country. Gilbert and Chandler border one another and are about 20 miles southeast of downtown Phoenix.
The Baseline and Vineyard LLC, headed by Donald L Mayers and based in Pux, AZ was he seller. The limited liability corporation has owned the property for less than a year.
The Phoenix office of Marcus & Millichap, with broker Sanford Burstyn, represented the seller, while the Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis, with broker Cam Stanton, represented the buyer.
