Tenant finish-out is under way, Jeff Peterson, a Grubb & Ellis Co. vice president, tells GlobeSt.com. It is the Chicago-based firm's first Dallas location and it has inked a five-year lease for the office at 15601 Dallas Parkway.
The office will be used as a training center for its Fortune 500 clients in the region, according to Peterson. Microtek is a computer training outsource company. Peterson has represented the tenant and John Wolf of Terren Commercial in Dallas has represented J.D. Edwards in the sublease negotiations.
Peterson also has closed a five-year renewal for OCE USA Inc. at its class-A office in the 614,000-sf Williams Square, located at 5215 N. O'Connor in Las Colinas. It is OCE's second lease in the TIAA Realty-owned property. Peterson has acted on the tenant's behalf while Mark Dickenson of Cousins Stone has represented TIAA.
